Why is ilife not installed

I had to re-package the DVD due to the signature issue from a year ago, or whenever it was. The policy that installs iLife also has the updates in it, so once iLife is installed, the policy then installs the current until yesterday updates so that I don't have to run software update multiple times. When I try to install it, the installer says " The update package has been corrupted since being downloaded from the Apple Software Update Server". But it does not install either as--I'm guessing--it is too old and its signature is out of date. I do not have iLife '09 any more I'm running Pages 8.
