You will need to know and have access to the email account that was on file with your records at UCF to look up your NID. If you do not have an active email on record with UCF or cannot remember what your email address was, you will need to submit the Email Change form to us via fax or email. Payment must be submitted at the time of request. Requests cannot be submitted without payment. If you are requesting a transcript to be picked up, a photo ID must be presented at the time of pick-up.
Transcripts can be picked up at our main office. Transcripts requested for pick up that are not claimed within 30 days of printing will be discarded and must be reordered with full payment.
Paper transcripts ordered by noon EST will be printed and sent out the same day. When ordering transcripts online, you have the option to have FedEx deliver your transcript. This is a flat rate for delivery anywhere in the U. Please watch for an email after placing your order as it will contain your FedEx tracking number. Transcripts that require a form be enclosed e.
You cannot add a matching form or attachment if you have already placed an order online. Please do not use Google Chrome when placing a request with attachments.
You can find this form in the Schools Attended section of the application. You may add a new letter after your application has been submitted, but you cannot delete or change existing letter entries. However, your letter writer can update the actual letter document linked to a letter entry by uploading a new version of the letter using the same Letter ID number as the original entry.
Yes you can. You can always add LOR later. Keep in mind that it takes business days from the date of receipt to post transcripts and official test scores to your application. Evaluations are immediately updated once received from your evaluator. I got confused about this too.
